Each of our service and maintenance contracts are customised to suit the specific needs and requirements of each our customers. Multiple services & maintenance can be scheduled during the one visit. This may be scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on the requirement.

All urgent maintenance requests are attended to within 3 hours. For non-urgent maintenance requests, we promptly prioritise all requests depending on requirement and nature of repair to be attended on the same day, next day, 3 -10 days or on the next scheduled maintenance visit.
