Dock Levellers

Our range of dock levellers, available across Northern Ireland, includes both telescopic lip and hinge lip models, each offering distinct advantages tailored to different loading bay requirements. The telescopic lip dock leveller features an extendable lip plate, ensuring precise positioning even when there are height differences between the loading bay and vehicle. This capability allows for optimal load utilisation, enabling goods to be loaded or unloaded directly to the very end of the vehicle bed.

The electro-hydraulic telescopic leveller comes with a standard lip length of 500mm, with options to extend this to 750mm or 1000mm. This flexibility accommodates various vehicle configurations and loading needs. In contrast, the hinge lip dock leveller is designed with a lip that rests on the vehicle bed, providing a durable and cost-effective solution for loading bays.

Once extended, the platform and lip of the dock leveller gently lower onto the vehicle bed and remain in a floating position, moving up and down with the vehicle’s suspension during loading and unloading operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling.
